Job Decriptions:

To be responsible for the overall directions which are implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects by ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. There will be 15-20 subordinates who are software developer, system analyst and project manager.

Job Requirement:

Key Responsibility

  • Reports Monthly analysis of implementing performance.
  • Manages and implements assigned projects and ensuring effectiveness in supporting company business direction.
  • Analyzes problems or current work to seek continuous work improvement.
  • Manages and implements monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts& budget plans and working with the sales team in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinates between internal and external parties in order to ensure the achievement of company plans.
  • Provides application Management support.
  • Good understanding of risk management concepts.
  • Provides solution to incidents raised by client.
  • Provides mentoring and knowledge sharing to colleagues.
  • Prepares qualified employees for promotion to the next position. He or she continually develops adequate numbers of shift leaders to meet the objective of the business plan.
  • Evaluates each employee’s performance based on clearly communicated standards and expectations, holds the employees accountable for performance, makes tough decisions regarding all performance related issues in the company, and confronts poor performance.
  • Performs any other ad-hoc projects or duties when required.

Roles

Project Manager Role which is involving in the project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing including documentation and presales in both Technical Consulting and Project Management Aspect.

The required Technical Consulting aspects are as below:

  • Reviews System Functional/Non- Functional Design and Analysis
  • Reviews System Detail Design (Software Spec).
  • Reviews System Testing (Testing Scenario)
  • Supports System Implementation and Problem Solution Consultant.
  • Supports System Maintenance
  • Reviews System Training and Documentation.

Below are required responsibilities as Project Management aspects.:

  • Possesses Client Focus mindset.
  • Possesses Result oriented and high commitment.
  • Possesses Business knowledge with consultancy mind.
  • Maintains Project control and Man Power control within project.
  • Evaluates team member KPI during end of year basis.
  • Supervises team members, and provide solution when necessary.

Presales Role is related to provide supports as a Presales in term of Business and Technical aspects during project initiation period.

  • Provides training,issue solvingand mitigate risk on project with more effectively for more client satisfaction.
  • Maintains the good relationship with existing client and new prospect by best consultation skill and problem solving.

Team Management Role

  • Involves in the team process improvement including solution, methodology, and people management..
  • Be a role model for company business strategy driving and development process improvement..
  • Be a good facilitator to organize team discussion to achieve discussion goal by building team motivation and team work environment.

General Role

  • Manages own organization and achieves department KPI
  • Acquires and allocates necessary resources and generate department/team achievement
  • Leads organization with profit responsibility
  • Responsible for talent development of own department and career path of members
  • Applies knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize department performance
  • Manages multiple related teams, sets departmental priorities and allocates resources effectively and efficiently to align with corporate mission, vision, KPI.
  • Spreads corporate mission and vision in the department
  • Guides and develop members through performance management, setting and committing KPI, observe progress, providing support and feedback
  • Encourages members to follow in-company process
  • Integrates team achievements as coordinator to maximize team result
  • Requires broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies within own field
  • Takes initiative, identifies and solves complex, operational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department
  • Takes actions with middle/long term viewpoints not seeking only short term outcomes
  • Guides and influences others either internally or externally to adopt a different point of view and handles sensitive issues with high communication skills
  • Understands well members current and clarify GAP against desired state. Train members through daily communication, coaching and trainings

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer sciences, or any other related fields.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years experienced in Software Implementation as vendor in Managerial level.
  • Strong business knowledge as vendor in dealing with responding clients’ needs in various complex scenarios.
  • Possesses strong communication skills to create professional relationship with clients and well collaborated with internal organization.
  • Excellent Command of both spoken and written English.
  • Positive attitude, excellent team player.
  • Willing to work hard in all unexpected circumstances as well as under pressure.
  • Ability to travel as required.
